The BLDC motor consists of a motor body and a driver, and is a typical mechatronic product. Brushless motor refers to a motor without brushes and commutators (or collector rings), also known as commutatorless motors. As early as the 19th century, when the motor was born, the practical motor produced was the brushless form, that is, the AC squirrel-cage asynchronous motor, which has been widely used.

In the middle of the last century, the transistor was born, so the BLDC motor that used the transistor commutation circuit to replace the brush and the commutator came into being. This new BLDC motor, called an electronically commutated DC motor, overcomes the shortcomings of the first generation of brushless motors.

Its functions are: accepting the start, stop and braking signals of the motor to control the start, stop and braking of the motor; accepting the position sensor signal and the forward and reverse signals, It is used to control the on-off of each power tube of the inverter bridge to generate continuous torque; to accept speed commands and speed feedback signals to control and adjust the speed; to provide protection and display, etc.
