Square modulus torque: It can be approximated as the continuous output torque required by practical applications, which is determined by many factors: maximum torque, load torque, moment of inertia, acceleration, deceleration, and running time.
BLDC motor speed: This is the speed required by the application. The speed demand of the motor can be determined according to the speed trapezoidal curve of the motor. Usually, a 10% margin should be left in the calculation.
In order to reduce the moment of inertia, the BLDC motor usually adopts a "slender" structure. The BLDC motor is much smaller in weight and volume than the brushed DC motor, and the corresponding moment of inertia can be reduced by about 40%-50%.
